Community Living And Support Services (CLASS) is a nonprofit organization offering a variety of individualized services to adults and seniors of varying abilities. These services include residential services, community skills training, vocational programs, in-home and community based supports, attendant care services, outreach, and advocacy.
The mission of CLASS is to support people with disabilities as they explore options, participate in the community, and strive toward equality. CLASS is, “Working Toward A Community Where Each Belongs.”
CLASS believes that all people, regardless of ability, have a valuable role to play in our communities. It strives to provide self-directed services that are unique to the individual needs and preferences of each person. The organization advocates and creates opportunities for people of all abilities to live, work, and play in the communities of their choice.
Originally chartered as United Cerebral Palsy of Pittsburgh as a small diagnostic clinic at Children’s Hospital, CLASS has grown and developed to serve multiple counties across southwestern Pennsylvania.
